How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Are Freebird products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. All of our formulas are vegan and never tested on animals.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer support team.
