At Freebird, we want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible beauty products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
